A note from our Founder on how ICSA thinks about building an institution.
ICSA was never meant to be built quickly. It was meant to be built properly.
Every business we invest in is chosen because we believe our ownership can strengthen it — not just fund it. That means paying a fair price, insisting on sound governance, and staying close to the management teams we back for as long as it takes to create real value. It means saying no to opportunities that don't fit our long-term thesis, even when they are tempting in the short term.
We are still early in this journey. But the standard we are holding ourselves to — disciplined capital allocation, responsible ownership, and an institutional mindset from day one — is not something we intend to grow into later. It is the foundation everything else is built on.
Our commitment to every partner, shareholder, and community we work with is simple: we think in decades, not quarters, and we build institutions that endure.
